dcterms.abstractThere have been many studies on the relationship between job satisfaction and performance globally, but the similar studies to domestic employees in China are hardly found. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between the job satisfaction and performance among the employees in China's hotel industry. This research investigated the 360 employees' job satisfaction in China Yangzhou Grand Metropole Hotel and assessed their performance. Through quantitative analysis, it is identified that there exists a positive linear relationship between job satisfaction and performance, job satisfaction is one of the factors affecting performance.en_US
