Abstract: 起源于十九世纪制造行业的特许经营模式已有一百多年的历史,历经了产生、发展、兴盛、扩张的发展过程。作为一种能够快速扩大企业规模和品牌价值的经营模式,特许经营被包括服务业在内的多个行业验证成功,更被大型跨国集团在全球扩张过程中灵活运用。特许经营在酒店业的发展过程中亦扮演了举足轻重的作用。在中国酒店业的历史上,特许经营从无到有,先是经历了国内经济型酒店品牌发展的黄金十年,近年来更是在各大国际酒店集团推动下从中端酒店品牌逐步开放特许经营、发展迅速。特许经营在当前中国中、高端酒店领域的发展潜力巨大,但是相关研究甚少。因此,本研究从酒店受许方(业主)的角度,探讨了两方面的问题:(1) 受许方在选择国际中、高端特许经营酒店品牌时的影响因素有哪些?(2) 这些影响因素对于受许方针对不同品牌选择决策的影响程度如何?本研究采取定量研究的方法,总结了以往研究中发现对特许经营有影响的因素,在此基础上通过多轮专家审查设计出调查问卷,并向超过 300 位行业中涉及受许方品牌选择的决策对象发放。基于 263 份有效问卷的数据,本研究首先分析了受许方在中、高端酒店品牌选择中的偏好情况;然后运用探索性因子分析在所有涉及品牌选择的因素中确定了 10 个维度共57 项影响因素,并对影响因素的 10 个维度及维度内因子进行了重要性排序。最后,本研究进一步分析了不同受许方特征下影响因素重要性的差异。本研究的结果给政府及行业协会、业主方、特许方以及特许经营的其他利益相关方提供了诸多有益的建议,有助于特许经营合作双方高效合作、并共同对酒店业的发展起到更积极的促进作用。
