Abstract: The adhesion of Jurkat cells to SK-MEL-28 was assessed by using fluorescence staining at different Nivolumab concentrations, and the difference in the adhesion of Jurkat cells to SK-­MEL-28 under different conditions was indirectly measured by the relationship between flow rate and shear force. The changes in the degree of Jurkat cell activation during this process were also assessed using flow cytometry and other means, in order to explore the possible relationship between the adhesion force and the degree of T cell activation. Based on our experiments, it was found that the expression of PD-L1 on SK-MEL-28 cells may reduce the adhesion force of Jurkat cells. But, the adhesion capacity of Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 (PD-1)-expressing Jurkat cells with Programmed Death Ligand 1 (PD-L1)-expressing SK­-MEL-28 cells may be restored through the effect of Nivolumab, which may be somehow related to the restoration of the T cell activation capacity. correlation.
