| Abstract: | 应对气候变化已成为全球行动。中国提出了 “双碳” 战略，并坚持创新驱动绿色低碳转型。在这样的背景下，绿色创新已成为企业形成竞争优势、创造新经济增长点以及改善环境效益的关键路径，绿色创新与企业绩效的关系也随之成为了关注热点。然而，现有研究缺乏对不同类型绿色创新对不同类型企业绩效影响机制和调节作用的深入分析与比较。 为此，本文首先将绿色创新分为绿色管理创新和绿色技术创新，将企业绩效分为短期绩效和长期绩效。然后，基于中国 2012~2021 年上市公司数据，本文分析并比较了绿色创新对企业绩效的影响机制。最后，本文基于 “战略三角架” 视角，探索利益相关者参与、区域市场化程度和行业竞争程度在绿色创新影响企业绩效过程中的调节效应。 研究发现，在样本区间内，绿色创新可以提高企业绩效，但绿色管理创新和绿色技术创新对企业短期和长期绩效的影响存在差异。绿色管理创新仅对企业短期绩效存在显著正向影响，而绿色技术创新仅对企业长期绩效存在显著正向影响。绿色管理创新每增加 1分，企业短期绩效将增加 0.001，而绿色技术创新每增加 1%，企业长期绩效将增加 0.048%。利益相关者参与在绿色创新与企业绩效关系中发挥了显著正向调节作用，区域市场化程度仅在绿色技术创新与企业长期绩效关系中发挥了显著正向调节作用，行业竞争程度在绿色创新与企业绩效之间的关系中具有不显著的正向调节作用。 |
