dcterms.abstractRecently, mobile and wireless technologies become more and more popular adopting in enterprise to develop their strategy solution to change the traditional business model. There is no doubt that mobile and wireless technologies have potential to change business model, and create both new opportunities and competitive threats in the industry. Therefore, more and more enterprise implement mobile solution is coming to sharp focus. But most of mobile solution only focuses on information sharing and access. It cannot unlock real value of wireless by delivering right information to right person at the right time. In this project, it is proposed to integrate Decision Support System in Mobile solution. They can shift more decision making authority to mobilizing frontline employees. And they break down the artificial constraints of hard-wired environments to enable flexible new work processes.en_US
