| dcterms.abstract | In this paper, a study of the application of GIS in solving school bus routing problem in an urban surrounding, i.e. Hong Kong Island. The school bus routing problem is defined as a multi-stage process where the stops are generated, the students are assigned to these, and the bus routes are generated.
