Abstract: Results from this study indicated that employee dissatisfaction with various aspect of their jobs was the major force motivating voluntary separation. Nevertheless, labour turnover is not a regrettable fact-of-life. Yet, managers can diagnose the nature, design policies, and implement procedures to effectively manage it.
