Abstract: Nowadays, GPS can provides a fast and high precision approach for position fixing no matter what visibility is. The implementation of digital map can facilitate the sharing of spatial data in contemporary computer technology. Meanwhile, the development of GIS allows users to make query of spatial data during spatial analysis process. Ideally, the integration of GPS and GIS with digital map data will create a new horizon to navigation approach, people can go to everywhere with the aids of this integration products. They can use it to select the destination and path with GIS spatial analysis. Then they can go with this system as track indicator until indication of arrival. The idea of this project is to establish a basic linkage with these systems. The software development in this project was under the waterfall model. Both systems and data were reviewed at the beginning stage. After the specification process had fine-tuned the project target, the steps toward the target were identified in following design phase. The commencement of coding stage symbolized actualization of the design. Without the testing of the software beta-version, this could not declared as success. The evaluation of software enlightened the potential value of this product.
