Abstract: Jewellery manufacturing industry in Hong Kong is enjoying a booming market but at the same time it is subject to a number of environmental threats particularly in the human resources issues. The author, being an Administration and Personnel Manager of the jewellery manufacturer, will based on the various strategic models to suggest for human resources tools on creating more strategically motivated development programmes, labour relations strategies etc so as to maintain the leader position of the manufacturer, provide quality services and products as well as to ensure long term growth and profitability.
