Abstract: This study aimed at investigating the satisfaction level of hospitality students towards their internship programs. Factors which might affect students' intentions to join the hospitality industry after their internship training were examined. Negative results were found in students' satisfaction after comparing their expectations and perceptions towards internship. However, in this study, it seems that there was no significant finding in students' intentions of entering the hospitality in the future even though the perceptions of students could not meet their expectations. Management and superior support was the only factor which was found to have positive effects on student intentions of joining the hospitality industry after internship. While, it seems that overall job satisfaction was affected by other factors such as involvement of students, salary, and job interest and autonomy during their work experiences. With respect to the results, some recommendations were also provided at the end of this dissertation.
