The object of this research is to explore the feasibility of use of ES as a viable approach to improve the management decision quality, and to assess the possible impact that ES can bring about to the College. Major activities of the project include: - an in-depth study of the underlying principles of personnel pre-selection, and the underlying concepts of the knowledge architectures and structures; - the building of a feasibility prototype; and - the prototype validation and user evaluation.
