dcterms.abstract本項公司研究首先透過對品管圈活動在全球進行情況的簡單介紹來說明這一活動的普及情況,並簡述此活動的性質和基本手法。在內容方面,則通過詳細地對一家香港企業在中國東莞投資的公司在推行品管圈活動的實際開展狀況的研究,將研究過程中獲取的訪問資料、問卷調查資料、過往活動留下的文件以及被研究公司內的相關重要文件和資料庫的數據進行分析和討論,論証了品管圈活動所推崇的一些理論以及筆者對活動在企業所起作用的一些假設。並以被研究企業在推行活動的成功結果得出品管圈活動在香港企業同樣可以開展的討論,同時提供了推動此活動的基本模型。當然,研究中也提出了在推動後所產生的企業不能回避的問題。研究的最後為打算推動此活動的企業提供了一些有參考作用的建議。在附件裏還放入了非常大量的活動數據,為以後的研究者提供了基礎資料。en_US
