Abstract: Tourist motivation comes from the needs of travel. Without motivation, there is no travel behavior. The aims of this study is to find the motive confirmation and sequencing of the decision by Chinese to tour Europe, to investigate the difference that these Push & Pull factors exhibit in different social group, to identify the nature upgraded to suit tourist motive and locate tourist motive, destination characteristic and the market matching the resource. A survey questionnaire is designed to conduct convenience sampling on 300 Hangzhou people and find that the key to travel is the needs to "seek healthy and relax mood" and the most important motivation effect Chinese to choose Europe as the travel destination is the "natural and humanity resources". Finding also indicated that the tourism industry department and administration authority should promote the publicity of European natural and humanity resource in China and stress the relaxation and leisure during traveling in Europe, the different traveling routes devoted to the different kind people can be designed to meet their needs.
