dcterms.abstract本研究通過對12位高中畢業待業青年的訪談,主要分析了高中畢業待業青年待業期間的心態、對職業意義的理解、末就業的原因、個人的職業期望、影響個人職業期望的因素、個人為實現職業期望將採取的措施以及阻礙個人實現職業期望的因素,並就如何為待業青年提供服務進行了探討。在研究中本人發現,許多高中畢業青年在待業期間普遍存在著心理壓力,常出現著急、焦慮、等不良情緒反應。高中畢業待業青年對職業的意義有不同的理解、對就業寄予了很多期望,他們希望通過就業來實現這些期望。高中畢業待業青年大都因自己的學歷低、個人性格等方面的原因而暫未實現就業。他們對職業的期望呈現出多元化的態勢,而家庭環境、個人性格、個人經歷、重要他人的影響成為影響他們職業期望的主要因素。為實現個人的職業期望他們打算通過多種形式的努力,來實現自己的職業期望。然而,高中畢業待業青年在實現個人職業期望過程中也會遇到各種困難,這些困難會不同程度地阻礙他們實現自己的職業期望。基於此,本人建議建立家庭支持網絡和正規的專業支持網絡,通過給予他們情感支持、就業指導、職業個案諮詢、團體諮詢等形式,協助他們克服各種實現就業過程中各種困難和障礙,使他們順利實現就業。en_US
