Abstract: A growing number of companies are looking to the supply-chain to help transform their cost structures, open new channels and fundamentally improve their business. However, in Hong Kong, top management pays too little attention to supply chain's contribution to corporate cost savings and service quality improve. This paper is base on the case study of one famous beverage company in Hong Kong to illustrate the importance and how it can improve so as to help the company achieve the business growth.
