Abstract: The term of "circular supply chain" was first proposed by Harold Krikke et al in 2003 [1] [2]. Actually, It describes, as the product-based, a mode of environmental protection, operation and management mode of the supply chain, and in the lifecycle, a recovery of the waste or residue of the product, and their remanufacture and reuse. In essence, it actually means "closed-loop supply chain" (CLSC). In December 2008, by the China Materials Publishing House, and written by Changqiong Wang, 《循環供應鏈》(the Circular Supply Chain) [3] expressed the concept of the circular supply chain, in essence, was still the concept of the "closed-loop supply chain" (CLSC). This paper describes, as a model of cooperation-based, the new mode of operation and management of the supply chain - Circular Supply Chain (CSC). This article advocates: suppliers, manufacturers, users create a circular mode of cooperation, which has a head to end business model, in which the suppliers, manufacturers, users and banks closely tie to form a more stable cooperation relationships and ensure the fundamental benefits between the parties. The construction of this strategic model provides to a stable market and adequate fund for the core enterprise. This article provides the new business strategic model of supply chain management, and it enhances the competitiveness for core enterprise. The examples were provided.
