Abstract: This research study is to identify the key factors that affecting the performance of Hong Kong staff who stationed in the Public Republic of China (PRC). Various aspect of factors, especially those related to work adjustment and job satisfaction are explored and examined. The objective is try to inject the key successful factors into the current Human Resources (HR) policy so as to help company to formulate human resources management strategy. Recommendation are then given on this area. At the same time, it is hope that the insights obtained in this study has the generalizability to other toy manufacturing companies in the PRC arena.
