| Abstract: | 品牌的发展历史悠久，内涵丰富，在现代企业管理中的作用越来越大。在国外酒店品牌向中国市场不断扩张的背景上，国内酒店业也在积极寻求自身品牌发展之路，逐渐形成了以上海锦江酒店为代表的本土酒店集团品牌。中国本土酒店 品牌较之国外酒店品牌，既有特色又有不足，如何评价本土酒店品牌的价值以及现状，成为本项研究关注的重点。本项研究运用管理学、心理学、品牌学等理论，通过查阅文献建立了中国本土酒店评价的模型及指标体系，并以上海锦江集团酒店为案例，对建立的模型进 行实证，最后得出相关结论，以期丰富品牌研究的内容，完善酒店管理的研究体系，同时也为中国本土酒店的品牌发展提供理论支撑。全文共分为三个部分：第一部分是研究的基础背景部分，包括第一章、第二章和第三章。第一章绪论，论述本文的研究背景与意义。第二章相关概念和理论，这为后面指标体系的建立打下了理论基础。第三章是研究设计与方法，建立了本文的研究模型。 第二部分是研究的主体部分，包括第四章和第五章的内容，系统地研究了本土酒店集团综合评价的因素及评价方法。第四章在引用前人研究模型的基础上，从顾客感知、企业资源、市场价值和专家评价四个角度构建中国本土酒店品牌综合评价的指标体系，试图将顾客、企业、市场、行业专家对饭店品牌的评价综合 在一起，得出相对整体概括的评估结构。第五章是案例实证部分，分析上海锦江酒店集团的品牌发展历程，从指标体系的各个要素进行综合评价，其中，运用了专家评价及问卷调查的方法。 第三部分是结论和讨论部分，包括第六章，得出论文的基本研究观点和结论、 研究不足及后续展望。 |
