| Abstract: | 此为研究项目摘要，题目为：高职酒店管理专业学生职业价值观比较研究－ 以浙江为例 由 蔡为爽 于（2011 年11 月）为香港理工大学酒店及旅游业 管理硕士课程提交。 随着我国劳动力市场竞争的加剧, 酒店行业人才紧缺现象严重，而酒店管 理专业学生流失也日益加剧，因而研究酒店管理专业高职生职业价值观对于酒 店行业和旅游院校都具有重要的理论和现实意义。 本研究在文献研究基础上，采用问卷调查的定量研究方法，运用Super (1970)开发的包含45 项属性在内的职业价值观量表对浙江的2 所高职院校酒 店管理专业学生的价值观进行了测量评估，比较研究了不同年级、不同学校、 不同专业学生之间的职业价值观差异，并对实际调查结果进行分析，初步探讨 引起这些差异的原因，从而丰富该领域的研究。 本次研究结果发现：酒店管理专业高职学生最重视的职业价值观尺度依次 是：经济报酬、生活方式、成就、监督关系、工作环境和利他主义；智力激发、 创造性、管理、美感和变动性是排在后5 位的职业价值观。不同年级、不同学 校和不同专业学生之间职业价值观具有差异性。 根据研究结果，本文对酒店业及旅游院校提出了参考性的建议，并指出了 本文的局限性和今后的研究方向。 |
