| Abstract: | 作者所在的成都一直是无数游客心中向往的旅游目的地，2008 年发生的大地震严重的影响了整个四川旅游业的发展，灾难不仅破坏了成都地区得天独厚的自然景观、损了众多基础设施，更重要的是极大的打击了旅游者入川旅游的信心， 2008 年成都地区的旅游业一片萧条，绝大部分企业亏损、大量导游失业。在旅游行业面临的如此艰难的情况下，2009 年3 月成都市旅游局面向全球游客发行了熊 猫卡，以减免旅游景区门票的形式吸引全球游客的到来达到带动成都旅游经济复 苏的目的，并且以熊猫卡的发行为核心面向全球举办了一系列的推广宣传。从效 果上看不仅扭转了行业萧条的状况，更刺激了成都地区旅游经济的强势复苏，2009 年当年成都的入境游客数、行业经济形式都全面超越了 2007 年的水平。2011 年成 都又被授予了 "国家旅游经济综合试点改革区" 的称号旅游经济发展形式欣欣向 荣，但在繁荣的同时全国各地包括成都都不断爆出各种游客与导游之间产生纠纷 的新闻，让人不得不将眼光投向导游这个旅游业的关键环节上来，探寻各种矛盾 产生的根源。在各种批评的声音中，导游缺乏职业生涯规划是导致导游行业整体素质低下进而影响旅游业发展的意见引起了作者的关注，并决定探求导游职业生涯规划缺失这一现象产生的原因，寻找解决的办法。本文首先对选题的背景、依 据做了阐述，其次对现有文献进行总结，进而提出以定性研究和深度访谈作为本文研究方法，然后对选定目标任务进行深度访谈、并结合定性研究的方式对现行导游管理体制影响导游职业生涯规划的因素做出分析，最后得出结论并提出了解决问题的办法。 |
