| Abstract: | 中国有着悠久的人文历史，也有着丰富多彩的宗教文化。近年来，我国宗教文化旅游的快速发展，给宗教文化主题酒店开创了广阔的发展前景。在众多类别的主题酒店中，宗教文化主题酒店尚处于早期尝试阶段。宗教文化主题酒店由于其主题文化的特殊性，在影响客人选择入住的主要因素上与其他酒店有所不同，了解这些差异对宗教文化主题酒店的发展具有积极意义。 本研究课题对五家不同主题文化酒店的客人进行了研究，针对影响客人选择入住宗教文化主题酒店的主要因素进行了问卷调查、数据收集和分析研究。回收问卷后，对数据进行 SPSS 数据分析方法得出最终结论。研究结果表明，主题文化酒店正被越来越多的客人接受和喜爱，作为宗教文化主题酒店的经营者， 研究宗教文化主题酒店的客人的心理和消费特点，有助于更好地提高客人的满意度。影响客人选择入住宗教文化主题酒店的因素中，影响程度由大到小排名前十位是：员工回应要求的及时性、酒店安全、员工知识、餐厅食品质量、餐厅服务、员工真诚关心的态度、床及枕头舒适度、客房清洁卫生、客房维护保养、交通便利。在选择酒店时，客人更多关注的是关于员工服务、客房和餐饮服务以及安全和交通。主题文化元素对客人选择入住佛教文化主题酒店的影响程度由大到小，排名前五位分别是：佛教饮食文化体验、佛教文化风格的客房布置、香薰和气味、佛教主题背景音乐、装饰体现佛教文化。相对于其他主题文化元素，以上五个主题文化元素，对于客人选择入住佛教文化主题酒店的影 响力更大，这也是值得佛教文化主题酒店的投资者和经营者关注的重点。酒店客人的个人差异，比如：年龄、性别、教育程度、不同收入水平、对宗教的不同了解和热爱程度和的客人客人来自的不同地区，都对他们的选择带来一定差 异。酒店经营者应注意分析和调整。 目前在主题文化酒店的理论研究中，对宗教文化主题酒店的研究非常匮乏。 本研究总结了影响客人选择入住宗教文化主题酒店的关键因素，归纳了体现宗 教文化主题的主题文化元素，分析了主题文化元素对于客人选择入住宗教文化主题酒店的影响程度。这些结论，对于未来宗教文化主题酒店的理论研究和管 理者的实际经营将起到借鉴作用。 |
