dcterms.abstract在现代旅游中,各种类型旅游活动的发生和展开,都与游客的旅游行为息息相关,而选择不同的出行方式,是所有旅游行为的出发点。 参加旅行社组织的旅游团队,或者游客自己安排旅游的行程及活动,是目前主要的两种出行方式。 本研究旨在了解国内旅游者随团旅游和自助旅游的旅游行为特征,及其影响因素,通过建立「信息动机与个人偏好双重作用下的需要动机理论」 ,进而了解传统旅游城市中旅游方式、游客行为与旅游动机三者之間的关系。研究对象以2011 年春季杭州为样本城市进行问卷調查,共获得有效問卷227 份。 经文献回顾相关理论后以 SPSS 统计系统分析,根据不同的因素将其细分,并针对随团旅游和自助旅游两组进行比较研究。研究結果顯示:基于不同旅行方式的游客在旅行目的,旅行动机,对旅游产品的偏好,消费能力及习惯等方面都体现出不同程度的差别,而这些差别应引起我们对不同市场需求的深入探讨,针对游客的真实需求,调整产品的内容,包装,推广渠道和反馈沟通机制,进而使旅游产品和旅游行业得到更大的发展空间。 希望本研究結果能够对传统旅游城市的政府旅游部门及旅游行业从业人员提供参考,使旅游决策者借此了解不同旅行方式游客的旅游行为的差别,从而针对不同的市场分类提高规划技巧,并采取不同的市场策略,以进一步提高目的地吸引力,旅游收益以及游客满意度。en_US
