| Abstract: | 随着中国古村落旅游热的兴起，古村落旅游的效益越来越被地方政府及经营者重视，各个利益相关者之间，由于所关注的焦点不同，在旅游开发中常常产生矛盾和冲突，影响了当地旅游业的发展。本研究围绕南社村旅游开发案例的 研究，在文献阅读、实地调查和深度访谈的基础上，分析了南社村旅游的发展、 困境、转机，以及其发展变化背后的各利益相关者的互动关系，并尝试描述各利 益相关者的焦点，阐明了通过各利益相关者的努力，在多方对话中求同存异，携手合作，共同构建南社村旅游开发的新措施。通过对南社村案例的推广，探讨了基于利益相关者视野的中国古村落旅游开发，提出了古村落开发应该另辟蹊径，尝试从保护与发展相统一，本地市场与外地市场相区分，纵向营销与横向营销相结合，政府主导、市场介入、居民参与相协调，各利益相关者相和谐五大战略维 度中走出旅游发展的新天地。 |
