Abstract: 电子信息化的高速发展势必会让电子化学习渗透到各个领域,包括员工培训领域。E-Learning就是电子化学习,较之传统培训方法,有方便、快捷和成本低的优点。本研究通过对国内知名酒店集团开元旅业下属酒店进行访查,并采用定性分析方法,对酒店业的E-Learning的开展和学习情况作为研究对象,对E-Learning的现状、发展前景、发展约束以及未来成就进行访谈分析,初步探询了开元旅业在推广e-Learning的进程中未对企业和员工产生积极动力的部分原因,对开元企业及其他旅游企业成功E-Learning工程的方法进行了了解和分析,并提供合适的建议性建议,提炼出了旅游企业推广和开展e-Learning的进程中极为重要的是"组织积极推广、课程合理设置和员工学习激励"等三个重要因素,并从组织建设、硬件配套、员工宣传、绩效考核、学习标杆等方面进行了阐述,希望帮助更多的酒店企业能更好、更快、更顺利的开展e-Learning培训方法,以提高员工的培训效果从而带动酒店服务质量的提高,强化酒店的核心竞争力。目前,在电子化普及,网络发达的现代社会,会有更多的酒店在确定是否推广E-Learning,如何推广E-Learning中遇到困惑,本研究正是对此做了相关的解释和操作的建议。
