Abstract: 酒店员工流失一直酒店人力资源部门重点关注的事情。如何减少员工的流失 也是酒店管理工作的重点。本研究通过对多家酒店高管及员工的访谈之后,在分析酒店员工流失的主要原因,剖析当前酒店在员工培训上的现状以及存在问题, 并在此基础上提出了以培训来减少员工流失,提高员工的忠诚度,从而达到酒店与员工的双赢。研究对酒店员工培训的内容 10 个重点:对酒店行业的兴趣、喜 欢酒店的环境和氛围、认可自己的团队、积极的职业心态、良好的职业习惯、职 业发展前景、工作的成就感、专一性与排它性、熟练的职业技巧、安全教育。通 过对酒店员工的有针对性的重点培训,提高员工的归属感,酒店员工的流失也将 会减少。
