Abstract: 本论文以国有高星级主题酒店人力资源管理、国际高星级酒店人力资源管理作为研究分析对象,选择深圳、上海两地4家五星级酒店和华侨城国际管理有限公司、国际酒店人力资源顾问公司的人力资源管理作为样本企业,采用深度访谈的实证方法进行定性分析,通过与高星级酒店管理人员的和人力资源专业人士进行访谈,对其观点的总结分析,初步归纳出八项战略人力资源对国有高星级主题酒店的影响因素,并在系统回顾前人研究结论的基础上,论证这些影响因素,分析国有大型企业战略人力资源管理的独特特点,验证国内外酒店人力资源研究的某些结论,为中国国有高星级主题酒店人力资源管理(包括人才战略规划、培训、评估以及运用等体系)提供可供参考的理论模式和实践模型。
