| Abstract: | 随着近几年中国经济的飞速发展，中国酒店业的规模也不断的扩大。从早期的单体旅馆，到现在的国际管理集团抢滩；从当初的破旧和稀少，到如今的一栋栋摩天大楼拔地而起，各种品牌、各种等级的酒店交相呼应，充斥着大街小巷，无不显露着中国酒店业的成长、成熟。但是在这光鲜的表象背后，是中国酒店业员工的低忠诚度和高流失率。在以人为本的市场中，人力资源管理的重要性日益凸显，员工对酒店忠诚与否往往决定的酒店的生死存亡。本文在文献研究和二手资料研究的基础上，运用定性分析的方法，对个人访谈进行实证分析，明确了影响酒店业员工忠诚度的相关因素，分析了提升员工忠诚度的方法和措施。研究发现，酒店的员工逐渐年轻化，传统的人力资源管理方式已经不能有效地提升员工的忠诚度。所以，本研究试图寻找可行性高、且效果明显的方法和措施。从而有效的提升员工忠诚 度，减少员工流失，做好酒店的人力资源管理，保障酒店的经济利益。 |
