Abstract: 中国自改革开放30年来经历了经济上的腾飞和酒店业的迅猛发展,同时人才竞争越来越激烈,导致高流动率引发的高人力成本, 士气低,本文对中国国际五星级酒店员工流动率及流动原因开展了研究,以北京SW国际五星级酒店为例,通过对其6名在岗和离职半年内的员工进行深度访谈,刻画中国国际五星级酒店员工的流动率水平。本文运用了案例法分析法、访谈法和二手数据分析,以社会交换理论和人力资源管理为基础,得到以下主要结论。一是北京SW国际五星级酒店存在员工流动率过快的问题,并对酒店的经营管理造成了负面影响。二是北京SW国际五星级酒店员工流动过快暴露出酒店人力资源管理中存在薄弱环节。三是中国国际五星级酒店应当通过改善人力资源管理、加强企业文化建设、构建人才储备库等方式,培养一支稳定的人才队伍。
