Abstract: This project is used to innovate the survey field work operation by designing application of mobile positioning and tracking technique with background introduction of basic wireless communications, fundamental of positioning, positioning systems and technology. The main focus would be innovating the survey field work operation by designing application areas of positioning and existing mobile tracking system on construction to broaden the application of geo-information system, survey field work management and data management by design, review of existing geo-information system, mobile geo-information system and location base service. Moreover, the result and hypothesis of design and review is used to improving existing monitoring field management and increase accuracy of monitoring as a new angle point of view other than calculation and adjustment. This study is also used to limit field work and communication time in parallel in result of new direction of engineering survey, especially increasing efficiency of sizable civil engineering projects. In parallel, it also can solve the existing shortage of skilled and experienced workers and shorten the training period of a experienced and skilled workers by reference of those existing geotechnical monitoring system and also idea from the transnational business consultant firms like Nielsen, Oracle, Synovate and so on.
