Abstract: 本文主要研究服务型领导行为对员工(下属)行为的影响。笔者的实证研究证明:服务型领导行为在一定程度上会对员工的行为产生影响,而这种影响主要表现在服务型领导行为对员工的组织公民行为正向影响上。服务型领导行为会显著的正向影响员工的心理授权和员工对领导的情感信任、认知信任等心理因素。员工的心理授权与员工的任务绩效显著正相关,与员工的组织公民行为不相关。员工的心理授权感和员工对领导的情感信任、认知信任在服务型领导行为对员工的任务绩效行为影响关系中不起中介任用;员工心理授权感在服务型领导行为与员工的组织公民行为影响关系中不起中介作用;员工对领导的情感信任、认知信任在服务型领导行为对员工的组织公民行为影响关系中起中介作用。权力距离对服务型领导行为与员工的心理授权、情感信任、认知信任具有显著的负向调节影响作用。
