Abstract: 本研究聚焦当今中国企业管理的热点问题创新,通过对116家公司进行问卷调查,研究了外部网络对创新绩效的影响,并在Pavlou El Sawy(2011)提出的动态能力模型基础上,研究动态能力是否对外部网络与创新绩效之间的关系产生调节作用。研究结果表明:企业外部网络不同维度对创新绩效不同维度的影响存在差异。网络规模对产品创新、过程创新和组织创新有显著正向影响;网络中心性对产品创新、过程创新有显著正向影响;网络质量对组织创新有正向影响。动态能力四维度在企业外部网络对创新绩效影响中的作用存在差异。感知能力在网络规模影响过程创新中有正向调节作用,在网络规模影响组织创新中有正向调节作用,在网络质量影响组织创新中有负向调节作用;学习能力在网络规模影响过程创新中有正向调节作用;整合能力在网络规模影响组织创新中有正向调节作用;协调能力在网络规模影响过程创新中有正向调节作用,在网络质量影响组织创新中有负向调节作用。本研究的理论贡献在于对Pavlou El Sawy(2011)的动态能力模型在中国进行验证,考察了这一研究模型在中国的适用性。同时研究了动态能力在外部网络和创新绩效之间关系的作用,填补了研究空白。本研究的实践意义在于为中国企业如何提升动态能力,有效促进外部网络和创新绩效的正向互动,以及政府帮助企业提升创新绩效提供了重要参考依据。
