dcterms.abstractThe Pearl River Delta region is the highest economic development level area in China. And it also the earliest region that carried out reform and opening policies in China. The real estate industry occupies a very important position in the economic development in the Pearl River Delta region. So this thesis analysis the influencing factors of real estate market in the Pearl River Delta region. The thesis analysis the macro-economy environment and the differences of real estate development in the Pearl River Delta city agglomeration. And the thesis use the qualitative analysis and the factor analysis by SPSS on the data of the real estate industry. It suggests that the macro-economy and demand of real estate factors are the dominate factors in the Pearl River Delta region. And the policies of real estate which issued by the state also an impact on the real estate market.en_US
