| dcterms.abstract | 随着国家加大信息产业的宏观政策调整，越来越多的集团客户对信息产业越来越重视，对通信运营商的合作已从过去单纯使用通信工具，已经发展到全信息产业的合作，如：企信通、专线、ICT 集成等。对通信运营商而言，国家也取消了不同运营商的运营边界，各运营商在技术层面异质性逐渐缩小。而在大众市场的争夺更加白热化，同质化业务导致恶性竞争。运营商意识到开拓集团客户市场，才是业务的增长点。当前研究 B2B 合作模式下主要领域一般集中在服务质量和关系质量领域，本研究在 B2B 合作模式下，在关系质量领域内研究沟通对维系集团客户重要性，从而最终在商务谈判中，实现签约并获得销售绩效。本研究理论视角是信息不对称理论（Information Asymmetry）和关系交换理论（Relational Exchange Theory）。本研究主要结构是以沟通中尊重和坦诚为自变量，在集团客户绑定投入、运营商信息能力、信任（公司层面）三个调节变量的调节下，对销售绩效中签约金额和投资回收周期的影响。本研究将收集 6 类数据：1.沟通中的尊重和坦诚，2.运营商信息运营能力，3.信任中的公司层面的信任，4.集团客户绑定投入，5.销售绩效中签约金额和投资回收周期，6.控制变量：集团客户需求类别、集团客户规模类别、运营商集团客户经理属性（性别、年龄、文化程度、毕业年限、毕业背景、职务、进入中国移动年限、维护本集团单位年限）、沟通成本、竞争程度、运营商绑定投入、客户需求匹配、客户需求创造。这 6 类数据主观数据分别从客户经理和集团客户单位通过问卷调查获取，客观数据由客户经理通过工作日志填写。对于收集到的数据，进行预处理后拟采用 SPSS 和 AMOS 软件进行分析。AMOS 软件则主要用于测量量表的检测与效度确认，SPSS 用于变量的描述性分析、信度检验、相关性分析以及回归分析（分别检测包含直接效应、调节效应的假设模型）。分析结果表明：沟通中的尊重和坦诚分别对签约金额和投资回收周期都有显著影响，它们在三个调节变量（集团客户绑定投入、运营商信息能力、公司层面的信任）的调节下，对签约金额和投资回收周期影响不同，有的比较显著，有的则不显著。因此，B2B 合作模式下，研究关系质量领域中的沟通中的尊重和坦诚以及一些调节变量，对维系集团客户非常理论意义和现实意义。 | en_US |
