dcterms.abstract运用社会网络和社会渗透理论,本文收集124 个团队的社会网络数据对团队领导魅力,影响网络中心性以及团队绩效的关系进行检验。研究结果发现团队领导的魅力越大,越有可能占据团队影响网络的中心性,但是这一关系受到组织分配公平氛围和团队中是否存在非正式领导的负向调节,即组织分配公平越强,或者团队中存在非正式领导,领导通过魅力行为占据影响网络中心性的可能性会降低。同时,本研究还发现,领导影响网络中心性在领导魅力和团队绩效之间起着中介作用,即领导魅力会以影响网络中心性为路径间接影响团队绩效。en_US
