| Abstract: | 随着我国移动互联网硬件设施(3G和4G网络）的大力发展以及智能终端的快速普及，越来越多的人成为了移动互联网用户，用户使用手机上网的时长和频率都呈现了爆发式增长。在此背景下，研究移动互联网用户的跨网站行为是一个非常前沿而且有价值的课题。本研究主要回答两个方面问题：（一）由于移动互联网用户跨网站行为存在异质性，从用户细分的角度看，它们可以分成几类的典型用户？各自类别的用户有何特点？（二）移动用户的跨网站使用状态有何依存关系。具体而言，是指前面的网站浏览行为对接下来的浏览行为有何影响？对于第一个问题，本研究采用了潜类别模型对用户进行分类，研究表明轻度、中度和重度用户分别呈现了不同的用户分类规律；中度用户行为差异化最大，类别最多。对于第二个问题，本研究采用了多项Logit模型，来探索用户APP不同类别之间的依存关系。在控制了用户个人特征变量的前提下，发现前一个APP类别的使用确实对后一个APP类别的使用存在依存关系。在社交类、地图出行类的APP使用后更容易促进其它类别APP的使用，而在新闻阅读类和O2O类APP使用后往往抑制了其它类别APP的使用。本研究对于理论贡献在于，以往PC互联网的全网行为研究往往由于全网数据获取困难，缺乏全网跨网站行为研究，而本文采集了移动互联网用户全网浏览行为数据，开展此研究可以极大丰富用户全网跨网站浏览行为的相关理论。而本研究对于实践的意义在于可以帮助互联网公司更了解移动互联网时代用户的行为特点，从而开展精准营销和推荐。同时，了解用户跨网站行为依存关系，可以帮助APP开发商对自己相关联的APP进行精准广告投放，以及为APP开发商之间合并收购提供参考价值。 |
