Abstract: - Does your organization possess any entrepreneurial executives or managers? - Does your organizational structure perfectly fit with the entrepreneurship of these people? If so, this report will certainly enlighten you in fostering an organizational structure which can best fit the entrepreneurship of your organization. In our study, we have examined the relationship between the degree of entrepreneurship of Chinese entrepreneurs including both executives and corporate managers, and their organizational structure so as to identify the most feasible way of fostering entrepreneurship within a Chinese family business. Moreover, according to Dennis P. Slevin and Jeffrey G. Covin. 1990 (p.43-44) an organic structure which is described as "more adaptable, openly communicating,, more consensual and more loosely controlled" is correlated positively with the entrepreneurial firm behavior and performance. Therefore, in order to test : 1) whether HK Chinese Entrepreneurs have a preferred learning style1 ? 2) whether Hong Kong Chinese Entrepreneurs2 possess similar entrepreneurial characteristics as the western entrepreneurs ? 3) whether cooperate managers have a similar degree of entrepreneurship based on their personality characteristics, traits and background, and 4) whether the degree of entrepreneurship is related to structure ?. By adopting Honey & Mumford's Learning Model. 1986, in identifying the preferred learning style of the Chinese entrepreneurs, we have found that the executives are more entrepreneurial than their managers based on their difference in learning style. Besides, a lot of comparison on entrepreneurial characteristics between the executives and managers have also been conducted. 1 Honey & Mumford's Leaning Model (1986) based on Kolb's Theory on Learning is adopted for this Study. 2 "Entrepreneurs" is defined as the group noun to include the owners, chief executives and corporate managers who work in the Chinese enterprises or companies.
