dcterms.abstract现代企业是以人为中心的行业,企业的管理就是人的管理,加强人力资源管理具有重要的意义。作为企业人力管理的核心的绩效管理,已经成为企业实现整体目标的一项不可少的管理活动。本文主要从企业人力资源管理的角度出发,介绍绩效管理的理论背景,主要对国内企业绩效管理现状的进行分析,指出绩效管理中存在的问题及原因,并从企业经营者的角度提出建议。最后,对企业绩效管理进行案例分析,试图突出较为合理的绩效管理模式。总之,在全球化经济发展的大时代背景下,我国的企业要想长足的发展,必须建立适合自己科学的绩效管理体系。en_US
