| Abstract: | 在工业遗产不断涌现的中国，如何权衡保护与重新开发利用已经成为一项重要议题。从实践和理论两方面来看，随着中国经济转型升级与新城镇化发展，工业遗产开问题日益凸显。在新兴美丽中国的绿色生态理念下，如何权衡工业遗产保护与开发，实现绿色可持续的多元价值效应，已经成为值得关注和迫切需要解决的问题。针对工业遗产保护、开发以及再利用情况，本论文首先采用焦点小组访谈的方法，收集资料并进行编码，确立了基于绿色导向的工业遗产多元价值效益的评判标准，并在原有成熟量表基础上改编形相关测量量表；其次，本研究根据多案例分析和深度访谈，构建了"目标共识-环境建模-计划制定-监控执行-反馈调整"五阶段工业遗产绿色开发行动的策略过程模型，并且开发了相应的量表；最后本研究采用大样本问卷调查的方法，发现工业遗产绿色开发行动能够促进工业遗产多元机制效益的提升，而在这一过程中，利益相关方（政府、专家、社区）的行动参与能够对其产生正向调节作用。在理论上，本研究丰富了中国关于工业遗产开发的相内容尝试探索并提出了工业遗产绿色开发过程理论，并基于绿色导向，提出了工业遗产的多元价值应该如何实现，以及其效益应当如何评判。在实践上，本研究为工业遗产保护与开发管理问题的提供一种规范参考，为工业遗产绿色开套行动策略指南，并探讨了利益相关者在工业遗产保护与开发过程中的所扮演重要角色，从而呼吁未来的工业遗产开发中不要忽略这些群体参与作用。 |
