Low-cost visual light FBG sensor interrogation systemen_US
Fiber Bragg grating has been developed and applicated in many fields. The most well-known applications are the communication and sensor system. The advantages of the FBG sensor system such as the stability and high sensitivity make it become increasingly welcomed by the industries and companies. However, the visual light FBG sensor system is very hard to become a commercial project due to the high cost of the interrogation system. In this paper, we will try to build a low-cost visual light sensor interrogation system using the ccd which is commonly seen in a smartphone nowadays and the blazed grating. The use of the blazed grating is mainly to resolve the difficulty in etching a suitable titled grating and also to reduce the cost.en_US
