Hybrid perovskite based flexible semiconductor devicesen_US
As a new clean and regeneration source, photovoltaic solar cell becomes more and more important not only in the research fields but also in the sales market. Since it was first reported in 2009, hybrid perovskite solar cell goes to a hot topic in the photovoltaic research. Due to the convenience solution-processed, low cost materials and short payback time, hybrid perovskite solar cell becomes the most potential candidate of the photovoltaic market. With the demanding of flexible electronic device increasing, to find flexible electrode materials to replace the rigid and opacity electrodes of traditional hybrid perovskite solar cell becomes an important research direction. PEDOT:PSS has good transparency (>90% transmittance), nice ductility and high conductivity (~40 Ω/sq) after proper acid treatment compared with traditional ITO electrode. In this thesis, we did the research of using PEDOT:PSS as flexible electrodes from the following aspects: 1. PEDOT:PSS functions as flexible anode in conventional hybrid perovskite solar cell. The conductivity of PEDOT:PSS will be significantly increased after proper HNO3 treatment. And by using an easy lamination process, the solar cell with flexible anode shows acceptable performance. 2. PEDOT:PSS functions as flexible cathode in conventional hybrid perovskite solar cell. The research explored the best thickness of PEDOT:PSS as flexible cathode with HNO3 treatment and a modification layer by using PEIE in the contact surface between PEDOT and SnO2, which shows a huge enhancement of current density.en_US
