dcterms.abstract | 信任不仅是社会经济中不可或缺的角色,而且还是家族企业中的一项重要资源。本文旨在分析信任度对家族企业的影响,并从国家治理环境和公司治理结构角度研究其内在影响机制。本文基于文献梳理的方法得到信任度与家族企业影响的理论关系,然后基于Osiris 数据库中所有工业类上市公司的全球大样本,使用多元回归模型和调节效应模型,实证分析了信任度对家族企业的影响及其内在影响机理。研究结果表明,信任度正向影响家族企业的绩效、现金流量和股东权益,而国家治理环境和公司治理结构作为调节变量调节了其影响程度。这表明公民间的普遍信任是企业发展的基石,同时也为国家内部的信任重建提供了有力的证据。从企业来看,企业需要优化公司内部结构,加快企业转型和发展;从国家来看,国家需要营造一个有利的外部环境,为信任对国家或地区经济的推动提供外部支持。通过内部和外部因素来进一步解读信任对家族企业的影响,为不同国家或地区的家族企业发展不平衡提供了新的解释。 | en_US |
