dc.title | Predicting land supply in Shenzhen by a GIS-based data-driven approach | en_US |
dcterms.abstract | The urban land resource is a very precious and scarce resource, and the adequate supply of land will directly affect the development of cities. Shenzhen has a population of more than 10 million and which is one of the largest cities in Asia, but the average annual land supply is less than 50km2. The lack of professional planning guidance for land supply has led to problems such as land supply out of control in scale, imbalance in supply structure, improper timing and unreasonable spatial distribution. Therefore, for this super metropolis, thoughtful planning should be taken as a guide in land supply, to make the precious land resources play their maximum role. By sorting and analyzing the land supply data of Shenzhen from 2010 to 2019, this study summarizes the characteristics and deficiencies of land supply in Shenzhen from three aspects: the scale of land supply, the spatial distribution of land supply and the time sequence of land supply by using the GIS system. On this basis, combined with the urban planning of Shenzhen, the '14th and fifth five-year planning' and other data, the regulation strategy of land supply in Shenzhen is put forward to provide an idea for the future land supply in Shenzhen. This research has the following three parts: The first part is a summary of the research background, domestic and foreign scholars research results and the relevant concepts of land supply. The second part analyzes the current situation and existing problems of land supply in Shenzhen from three aspects: the land supply scale, the spatial distribution and the timing sequence of land supply through GIS software and data-driven approach, then forecasts the construction land scale of Shenzhen in 2025 using regression analysis and prediction method. The third part analyzes the existing problems in the land supply market of Shenzhen and gives solutions from the aspects of the scale of land supply, the spatial distribution of land supply and the timing control of land supply. | en_US |
