Abstract: 伴随我国社会与经济的高速发展,老龄化现象也变得日益显著,老龄化问题成为社会焦点。就我国而言,社会老龄化进程的发展有其独特之处,在许多方面都有进行研究的意义,也有着很大的研究空间。本研究在我国老龄化背景下,从老年人实际需求出发,研究老年旅游动机与积极老龄化的关系。本文通过老龄化中老年旅游这一现象,对积极老龄化问题进行检测性研究。基于生存论、拓展构建理论和循环理论,以旅游场景下的老年旅游人群的出游动机作为研究对象,将积极老龄化中积极思维、积极行为与积极组织环境等因素融入出游动机的研究,构建了旅游环境下积极老龄化对出游动机影响的路径模型,检验了老年群体旅游中出游频次、出游形式、收入、学历及年龄对积极老龄化的差异化影响,并以337 份有效样本数据进行了实证分析。研究发现(1)积极老龄化中影响老年人出游动机的关键性维度主要包括积极行为、积极思维和积极组织环境等因素,路径模型和研究数据有着很好的契合度,对积极老龄化影响老年人出游动机上具有一定的解释力。(2)老年旅游中出游频次、出游形式、收入、学历及年龄是积极老龄化对出游动机影响的重要调节变量;出游频次、出游形式、收入、学历及年龄对积极老龄化中的积极行为、积极思维和积极组织环境的影响均呈现出显著的差异化。(3)积极思维、积极行为、积极组织环境等积极老龄化特征,对老年人出游动机均有正向影响。在路径检验中,积极思维作为自变量不能直接对出游动机产生影响;积极行为和积极组织环境作为重要中介变量,在积极思维和出游动机之间起到显著正向中介作用。
