| Abstract: | 随着旅游业的深入发展，旅游企业越来越关注游客体验，特别是服务者与游客之间的互动体验。如何增强互动体验与促进游客的旅游幸福感已成为众多旅游目的地经营管理的重点，也是相关旅游研究的核心问题之一。特色小镇作为国家推动新型城镇化和城乡协同发展的新探索，也成为了旅游发展的新业态之一。本研究首次尝试互动体验与游客旅游幸福感相结合这一新的研究视角，以旅游特色小镇为案例地，以游客和员工为研究主体，探索了互动体验、游客旅游幸福感及忠诚之间的关系。 本研究首先通过焦点小组访谈的方法，在构建互动体验概念的基础上，从旅游特色小镇场景下游客和员工两个不同的视角、基于行为和感受两个不同层面修订了互动体验量表；然后利用结构方程模型对806位游客和707位员工的问卷进行分析，发现：（1）互动体验包括行为和感受两个层面，其中行为层面包括服务互动和社交互动两个维度，而感受层面包括感官体验、情感体验、思考体验、行动体验和关联体验五个维度；（2）游客旅游幸福感包含知足满意、积极乐生、旅游观念、身心健康、审美伦理、文化体验及寓教于乐七个维度；（3）游客视角互动体验对游客旅游幸福感和游客忠诚都具有显著正向影响；（4）游客旅游幸福感在游客视角互动体验对游客忠诚的影响关系中具有中介作用；（5）员工视角互动体验对员工忠诚具有显著正向影响。本研究从新的研究视角和更丰富的层面构建了互动体验的概念内涵和测量指标，丰富了旅游体验、旅游幸福感和忠诚相关领域的研究成果。本研究基于案例地的实证研究成果填补了特色小镇互动体验和旅游幸福感的研究空白，为同类型旅游目的地提供了从互动体验到旅游幸福感和忠诚的全链条量化测评指标。在体验经济时代，本研究的发现有助于旅游企业突破传统固化的管理方式、以互动体验为核心实现全方位的资源配置优化，为开拓旅游度假目的地的运营管理新模式、进一步提高核心竞争力和可持续发展能力提供决策依据。 |
