dcterms.abstract | 酒店客房作为酒店的核心产品,是宾客在酒店内感受最充分之处,是酒店长期发展的基础,也是酒店营收的主要来源。核心产品设计的质量将决定该酒店的成败。但目前学界对于酒店客房设计专项研究较少,酒店经营者与设计师对客房概念设计的重点也尚未达成一致。本研究旨在通过分析五星级酒店客人所关注的客房设计要素,为酒店管理者、酒店投资者与酒店设计者共同寻找酒店客房设计创新对策。为实现此研究目的,笔者在国内外酒店客房与顾客满意度研究的基础上设计调查问卷并分析五星级酒店顾客对客房概念设计的需求。首先,收集整理了13942条网络评论,借助定性研究分析软件NVivo12进行高频词汇与语义分析,确立酒店客房顾客需求原始项目列表。然后,通过专家访谈,对原始项目列表进补充与修正,再使用亲合图法(KJ法)将顾客需求聚类与层次化分析。最后,基于魅力性质量理论(KANO模型)设计调查问卷和统计分析方法,研究不同类型的顾客对酒店客房需求的差异,从而揭示顾客满意度驱动下对酒店客房设计的因素。本研究丰富了国内关于酒店客房设计的研究,结合顾客与设计师双向视角,以顾客需求为出发点研究酒店客房设计,并使用KANO模型对顾客需求项目做了归类与排序,找出酒店客房设计中不同类型客人关注的设计指标的差异,包括最重要的、无所谓的和最不能忍受的设计指标。通过分析,文章得出以下结论:顾客对酒店客房设计的需求可以分为三个层次,第一层为客房整体需求;第二层包括舒适度、便捷性、功能需求和心理需求等四类要素;第三层有房间大小、隔音效果、房间气味等二十五类具体要素,并计算出这些需求的顾客满意度系数(CS系数),提出了提升五星级酒店顾客对客房设计满意度的建议。在实践中本研究为五星级酒店客房设计提供一种规范参考,可为设计师的工作提供借鉴。 | en_US |
