Abstract: 随著全球经济环境的高速变化,酒店业已经成为高度竞争的产业, 在经营绩效呈现下滑态势中寻求因应对策是许多酒店面临的挑战。在台湾地区,酒店业者争相投入观光产业,台湾酒店业迫切需要不断地思考如何调整、转型与创新,建立新的竞争优势来迎战不确定的未来。本研究以瞬时竞争优势这一新的战略管理理论为基础,以台湾地区酒店业为例,探究不同创新类型酒店的动态能力、组织创新对瞬时竞争优势的影响关系。本研究运用结构方程模型和集群分析对台湾地区360位酒店业管理人员的调查问卷进行了分析,研究发现:台湾酒店的动态能力并没有直接影响其瞬时竞争优势;但是,酒店的动态能力对组织创新有显著的正向影响,而组织创新对酒店的瞬时竞争优势有显著影响,因此,酒店的组织创新在动态能力与瞬时竞争优势之间有显著的中介效果,即酒店的动态能力可以通过组织创新对瞬时竞争优势产生间接的影响。此外,台湾的酒店可以被区分为四种特征明显的不同创新类型 - 完全创新型酒店、创新产生型酒店、创新采用型酒店、以及非创新型酒店,而动态能力和组织创新对不同类型酒店的瞬时竞争优势也不尽相同。本研究是将瞬时竞争优势理论引入酒店业的首次尝试,对于进一步扩展瞬时竞争优势这一较新的理论、特别是对其影响因素的探讨有一定的理论贡献,同时也丰富了酒店业动态能力和组织创新的相关研究。在实践上,本次研究的结果有助于酒店准确评估动态能力与组织创新,并根据自身的不同特点进行适当调整、以使酒店实现和提升瞬时竞争优势。
