| dcterms.abstract | 乡村发展问题已经成为许多国家政府和机构的重要议题，其中，乡村创业被视为消除乡村贫困和城乡差别的主要手段，也成为了很多国家发展策略的关键内容。与此同时，乡村旅游一直被视为促进乡村地区发展和再生的关键动力，以民宿为代表的乡村住宿设施成为各国政府、组织机构和个人投资建设的重点。但受限于我国民宿行业发展环境的不完善，我国民宿整体经营状况并不乐观。为促进乡村创业者的成长，如何结合我国特殊的社会经济和制度背景、改善乡村创业环境，已成为十分重要的研究课题。在此背景下，本研究具体探讨了以下两个问题： (1)如何对乡村创业环境进行评估？(2)乡村创业环境、创业资源和创业绩效之间的关系如何？为了回答以上两个问题，本文首先选择了9位具有典型代表性的民宿创业者进行深度访谈，同时结合文献，形成了乡村创业环境的初始量表；在此基础上，又通过对第一轮195份民宿创业者的问卷调查分析，最终确定了含有7个维度、28 个题项的乡村创业环境量表。此外，本研究收集了第二轮共312份问卷以对研究假设进行验证，发现乡村创业环境对乡村创业绩效具有显著的正向影响，而乡村创业资源在乡村创业环境对乡村创业绩效正向效应中的中介作用也得到了验证。本研究在理论上尝试构建了更加适应中国情境的乡村创业环境的评价指标体系，还探讨了乡村创业环境与创业资源和创业绩效之间的作用机制，是对以往创业环境、特别是乡村创业环境理论的继承与发展。在实践上，本研究明确了影响民宿创业经营业绩的关键因素，为民宿创业者提供了创业投资的行动指南，同时也揭示了政府在民宿经济中应该发挥作用的关键领域，为民宿行业的可持续发展提供了参考。 | en_US |
