dcterms.abstractHasbro Bradley is the world's largest toys manufacturer. Its Asian regional head office, Hasbro Bradley Far East Ltd. (HBFE), is located in Hong Kong which operates OEM business with over two hundreds vendors in HK, China, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand and Japan. Recently, some defective products were shipped to the company warehouse located in US. These issues highlight the need of quality improvement and a Total Quality Management (TQM) program is recommended to HBFE. In this paper, TQM literature is visited and successful TQM cases are studied. In order to understand the overall situations of HBFE, a critical analysis is carried out. Based on the studies in these areas, a TQM implementation framework for HBFE is suggested. The implementation is in four stages: - Identification and Preparation - Management Understanding and Commitment - Scheme for Improvement - New Initiative, New Target and Critical Examinationen_US
