Abstract: Invoicing management is an integral part of modern enterprises. This system is to assist enterprises to allocate resources reasonably. It plays a vital role in maximizing the efficiency of enterprise production and operation. Reasonable procurement, sales and inventory management can achieve the goals of real-time procurement, timely deals and low inventory. Only in this state can the interests of the enterprise be maximized. This article investigates the business processes of small and medium-sized companies and their company's retail stores, analyzes specific needs, and designs and implements an invoicing business system that can be used by the company. Then using artificial intelligence image recognition technology to analyze customer information provides the company with accurate customer-flow data, thereby improving the company's operating efficiency. The main research work of this article is as follows: In the beginning, the project designed and implemented a system of invoicing. This system has six functional modules, which are basic information management, procurement management, sales management, inventory management, statistical report management, system configuration management and DingTalk mobile Data interaction management. Among them, statistical report management is a data summary analysis module after the system obtains artificial intelligence image recognition. The goal of DingTalk mobile terminal data interaction management is to accelerate the transmission of information while meeting the needs of the mobile office background. The remaining four modules are the basis for invoicing. Those four modules are the bottom support of the entire system. By applying artificial intelligence image recognition technology to the invoicing business, the company can dynamically obtain the operation data of each retail store under its control. It can accurately analyze the consumer information data in each retail store, such as gender ratio and age ratio, and can analyze the customer-flow dynamics daily, weekly and monthly and also, provide member information reports, customer-flow analysis queries, repeat customer analysis queries and other data. Through these data analysis, it can improve the company's dynamic inventory management, improve the company's retail store's dynamic inventory allocation, and analyze customer behaviour data to understand and improve the popularity of current sales products, to achieve accurate sales and improve the company's sales target. The ultimate goal of this research is to use the system maturely in a commercial environment, so the system fully considers the non-functional requirements, including system reliability, robustness, and security;
