Abstract: 随着生活水平以及需求层次的提高,家庭旅游愈发成为学术界和商业界的关注重点。现有研究辐射到了家庭旅游的多个维度,主要集中于目的地选择、交通安排、娱乐活动等等方面,并得出了丰富的研究结论。然而,虽然业界早已观察到了子女影响父母选择高星级酒店的现象,但学者们在家庭豪华酒店消费行为上所做的探索并不多见。为了对这一现象进行深入研究,本研究主要围绕以下问题展开:儿童对奢侈酒店家庭消费行为会产生怎样的影响?基于这些研究问题,本研究通过采用问卷调查法和回归分析法,收集了豪华酒店消费家庭的714 份有效问卷,从家庭生命周期的视角,揭示了家庭生命周期、家庭环境和豪华酒店消费的客户价值三者之间的关系。本研究得出的主要结论有:(1)家庭生命周期(学龄前、学龄期前期、学龄期后期和中学时期)影响家庭环境的表达性、凝聚力和冲突性;(2)家庭环境(表达性、凝聚力和冲突性)影响家庭豪华酒店消费的客户价值;(3)家庭生命周期阶段(学龄前、学龄期前期、学龄期后期和中学时期)影响家庭豪华酒店消费中的客户价值。本研究从家庭生命周期视角,引入客户价值,探究了家庭豪华酒店消费行为的影响因素,具备理论贡献和实践意义。在理论贡献方面,不仅丰富了中国环境下儿童对奢侈酒店家庭消费行为的影响的研究成果,也丰富了家庭生命周期与客户价值相关理论的研究,进一步探究了家庭环境在家庭豪华酒店消费决策的关系。在实践层面,一方面对于豪华酒店的经营管理者,不仅可以在酒店硬件设施、软件服务等产品服务提供方面提出指导意见,而且也为酒店宣传提供了营销指南,另一方面也可以为父母提出家庭相处和家庭氛围营造的相关建议。
